Video Portfolio

So, we can agree that you need video for your business.  Great!  The next step is to choose the best type of video  from the styles of videos featured below.

Don't worry, if you don't see a genre that fits your needs exactly, we'll discuss your goals and develop the perfect video for your business.

Food and Beverage Videos

Photography and video are all about storytelling. Let's tell a story about your product, food and beverages.  It can be a story about origins, as in "farm to table," or it could be about the freshness of ingredients, the culinary mastery required to bring it to the plate, and the aesthetic beauty of your finished dishes.

Any good story requires both a narrative, and a proper structure to maintain your viewer's interest and move them to become your customer.  Good stories also require a skilled storyteller who is a master of their tools, in this case light and shadow, optics and form, timing and discipline.

Your food and my storytelling! Let's make something great together!

Mission Statement Videos

One of my favourite types of video to shoot is what I call the Mission Statement video. Its a great opportunity for the business owner to tell their clients how and why they do what they do and offer their clients a glimpse into the process. Businesses use this type of video to show the public a behind-the-scenes look into how their products are skilfully made and brought to market, and a brief history about how the business got started.

Corporate Videos

Whether for internal use only, or public-facing, Corporate Video is here to stay.  I provide high quality video and audio content for internal training programs and company updates, as well as B2B and B2C advertising.

I provide logistical and story help to ensure that the process goes smoothly, with an eye to the audience and distribution as well.  Knowing where and how your video will end up is where we begin.

Creative Web Videos

Sometimes a client gives me free reign.  This "anything goes" attitude can lead to some pretty crazy videos. Miller/Coors beverages and Jack's .99¢ Stores in New York were two of my clients that urged me to push the envelope a bit and be adventurous.

Just as in all of these videos below, I can work with you to understand your small business goals using video, then create the entire process from writing scripts and filming, to the final edit and graphics.

Use these creative web videos on your website, and throughout your social media network to show your clients that you have a sense of humour and that you're not afraid to take risks.
